Foliade guide Account and team
Manage Catalogues as a Team: Invitations and Roles
Work together on Foliade catalogues. Invite members, assign an editor or read-only role and manage access to your workspace.
Pro Feature available from this plan. See the offers
Invite a team member
From team settings, enter your colleague’s email and choose their role before sending the invitation. Each member uses their own sign-in. Seats include the owner: five on Pro, fifteen on Business and thirty on Distributeur. Check available seats before inviting another person.
Choose between editing and read-only access
Assign the editor role to someone who needs to upload, edit or publish catalogues. Choose read-only access for someone who needs to view the workspace without changing documents. The owner retains control of the plan. Match permissions to the work required instead of sharing the account’s credentials.
Remove access without deleting catalogues
Remove access through team management when the collaboration ends. Catalogues stay in the workspace and previous actions remain in the log. After changing to a plan with fewer seats, review suspended excess access and choose who should continue working on the documents.
Text summary of the video
- Teammates have their own login. Catalogues belong to the workspace, not to a person, so removing someone never deletes anything.
- Invite by email and choose a role. An editor deposits, publishes and configures; read-only can only look. The owner also manages the plan.
- The invitation stays valid for a limited time. The invitee picks a name and a password, and joins the workspace immediately.
- Seats depend on the plan: one on Free, five on Pro, fifteen on Business and thirty on Distributor. A seat can be removed at any time.
Key points
- A removed teammate loses access immediately; their past actions stay in the log.
- Beyond the number of seats in the plan, the extra accesses are suspended, not deleted.
