Create a link for each recipient

In Tracking links, create an address for the recipient or campaign you want to track, then copy it for your message. Each link opens the same catalogue and has its own QR code. Give it a useful name so you can recognise the delivery, then check that it opens the correct publication before sending it.

Review visits and contact records

Review the visits and latest activity associated with the link, then filter catalogue statistics by that link. People who complete a form also have a contact record. A link forwarded to someone else keeps the same attribution, so this tracking does not prove who personally read the document.

Export to a CRM and close a link

Filter contacts by catalogue or source and export the result as CSV for your CRM. Check the columns and possible duplicates during import. You can close a tracking link to stop access through it and reopen it if needed; visits already recorded remain available.

Collect leads with a PDF catalogue

Text summary of the video
  1. Contacts lists everyone who filled in a form, with company, catalogue, source, pages read and time spent.
  2. Click a contact to open the reader profile: the pages they viewed, in order, and what they clicked. That is what a salesperson reads before calling back.
  3. Filter by catalogue or by source, and export the list as CSV for your CRM.
  4. Tracking links give each recipient their own address for the same catalogue. Visits are associated with the link used; if it is forwarded, the link cannot confirm the identity of the person opening it.
  5. Each link shows its reads and last visit. Share it with its own QR code, close it, or reopen it later.

Key points

  • A closed link stops responding without deleting the reads already recorded.
  • The catalogue statistics can be filtered by tracking link.

Frequently asked questions

Does tracking prove who personally opened the PDF?

No. It associates activity with the link used. If the recipient forwards that link, subsequent visits remain attributed to the same link.
