Read the consultation metrics
Open Statistics and choose a period of 7, 30 or 90 days. Compare visits, pages per visit and average reading time before opening an individual catalogue. Keep the same period when comparing two documents. Statistics are readable from Pro; the free plan displays a blurred preview.
Analyse pages and interactions
In the catalogue details, review the daily chart, sources, devices and heatmap by spread. Identify sections with few views, then check clicks on interactive elements. For example, a button with few clicks may be poorly placed; the number alone does not explain the cause.
Export statistics and understand their limits
Filter by interaction type or tracking link, then export a CSV to compare the data with your campaigns. The measurements describe reader activity rather than proving a person’s identity. Your own visits while signed into the workspace are excluded. Reading a standalone HTML export does not feed into this hosted-reader tracking.
Text summary of the video
- Statistics tell you what happens after you share. The overview covers all your catalogues over seven, thirty or ninety days.
- Reads, pages per read, average time, contacts captured and capture rate. Then the sources of your readers, and the split per catalogue.
- Open a catalogue for the detail: unique readers, the daily curve, and the heat map showing how far readers go, spread by spread.
- Sources and devices show where readers come from and what they read on.
- Each enriched element reports its clicks and video plays. Filter by tracking link or by type, and export everything as CSV.
- On the free plan the same screen shows your real numbers, blurred. Upgrade to Pro to read them.
Key points
- The reader sends an opaque session identifier, page views and reading time. These measurements alone do not prove the reader’s real identity.
- Your own reads while logged in to the workspace are not counted.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. They keep being collected; only their display depends on the plan.
