Create a QR code for your PDF

Publish your PDF, then open Share and the QR code tab. Choose a contrasting colour and download a PNG for digital use or an SVG for print. Scan a copy at its actual size before printing in bulk. The QR code opens the catalogue link; it does not contain the PDF.

Embed the reader with an iframe

In Share, open Embed and copy the iframe code into an HTML block on your website. Keep the supplied fullscreen attributes and allow enough height to read the pages. Check the result on a phone and computer. If your website builder strips iframes, use its compatible embed block or share the direct link.

Keep the QR code when updating your PDF

To update a document you have already shared, use Replace PDF in the same catalogue. The link, QR code and iframe stay valid. They must still lead to an accessible publication: an unpublished, archived or protected catalogue requires an action or password before readers can see its pages.

Replace a PDF Without Changing Its Link or QR Code
